Urban Gate Technical Services L.L.C is a Dubai-based maintenance company providing MEP and general maintenance services to villas, schools and commercial properties across Dubai.
We are hiring 2 experienced Maintenance Electricians to handle day-to-day service calls and project works.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in villas, apartments and small commercial units
- DB checks, MCB/RCD replacement, socket & switch fixing, light installation, fault tracing
- Cable pulling, containment, small upgrades and modifications
- Attend emergency breakdowns and scheduled maintenance
- Work safely and follow company procedures on every job
- Currently in UAE – Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman only
- Minimum 4–5 years UAE experience as an Electrician in maintenance (not only construction)
- Strong knowledge of DBs, breakers, lighting circuits, power circuits in villas/flats
- Able to work independently on site without supervision
- Basic English – able to read WhatsApp job instructions and update the office
- UAE Manual Driving Licence – strong advantage
- Can join immediately or within 1 month maximum
- Salary based on experience (to be discussed in interview)

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills for villas, apartments and small commercial units
Confident with DB work – load balancing, breaker selection, safe isolation and basic upgrades
Skilled in MCB/RCD replacement, socket/switch installation, lighting circuits and power circuits
Good understanding of earthing, cable sizing, volt drop and basic electrical safety standards
Able to read and follow simple drawings, layouts and technical instructions
Comfortable using testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, test pen etc.) for safe diagnosis

Professional attitude with good client-facing behaviour – polite, clean and respectful in occupied homes
Basic smartphone skills – able to use WhatsApp/Google Maps to receive jobs and update status
Team player who can support other technicians (AC / plumbing / handyman) when required
