Job description

At Crypto News were expanding and looking for a results-driven Affiliate Monetization Manager (Media) to lead our affiliate strategy and help monetize our content.

This is a full-time remote position.

Tasks

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify high-performing offers;
• Source and manage affiliate programs relevant to our crypto audience;
• Suggest monetizable article topics in collaboration with the editorial team;
• Integrate affiliate links into new and existing editorial content;
• Test formats placements and CTAs to improve affiliate performance;
• Analyze affiliate metrics (CTR CR revenue) prepare regular performance reports and optimize based on results;
• Negotiate deals and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing ideally in the crypto media space;
• Demonstrated track record in managing affiliate partnerships with an established network in the crypto space;
• Knowledge of major crypto platforms offering affiliate programs;
• Familiarity with tools like UTM tags tracking dashboards and A/B testing;
• Ability to identify and act on monetization opportunities in content;
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with editorial and SEO teams;
• Fluency in English.
