We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support our finance function in a fast-paced, commission-driven real estate environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is looking to develop strong technical foundations while working closely with senior finance leadership.
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

- Commission calculations and reconciliations and agent payouts
- Salary processing and WPS submissions
- Meeting strict financial and operational deadlines
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and reconciliations
- Reconcile bank statements and client/trust accounts
- Support month-end close activities and preparation of management reports
- Assist with VAT filings and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Respond to internal queries from sales, operations, and management teams
- Support audits and internal financial reviews when required
- Minimum 3 year experience in real estate brokerage accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel, including complex formulas and advanced data handling
- Ability to accurately enter, organize, structure, and maintain financial data in spreadsheets while ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good understanding of real estate terminology and transaction workflows
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to internal systems and internal processes
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to get along very well with multicultural staff, and comfortably interact with agents, operations teams, and cross-functional teams in a diverse work environment.
