A leading financial group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Accountant responsible for MPM accounting transactions and report preparation. The role includes ensuring compliance with IFRS, managing vendor processes, and conducting various analysis and reconciliations. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in real estate or property management and holds a Partial ACCA ICAP or a degree in Business with an emphasis on Accounting. Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in real estate and property management preferred.
• Expertise in IFRS and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with departments for accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor processes and account reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
