Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years in a Senior Accountant or supervisory role.
• Experience in real estate development, construction, or property management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s accounting and financial reporting systems from the ground up.
• Oversee all daily accounting operations, including general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
