Job summary
A prominent engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a QC Engineer responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards in construction projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, 3-7 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with ISO standards. Key responsibilities include implementing quality plans, conducting inspections, and ensuring materials and workmanship meet the required specifications. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as a QC Engineer in relevant projects.
- Preferable experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, ACI, ASME standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with approved standards.
- Coordinate and witness inspections with stakeholders.
- Identify non-conformities and manage corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and local regulations.
