Position Summary

The Instrumentation Technician is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality reliability and customer satisfaction in instrumentation products and processes. This is achieved through the implementation of effective quality assurance and control measures. The technician will play a key role in driving continuous improvement resolving quality issues and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or related field required.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g. Certified Instrumentation Professional) preferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in instrumentation engineering preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quality inspections data analysis and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems for instrumentation products and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform inspections tests and evaluations of instrumentation components subassemblies and finished products to verify conformance to specifications performance standards and customer requirements.
  • Investigate nonconformances defects and quality issues using root cause analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements conduct supplier audits and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the delivery of highquality components and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities test results inspection findings and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports documentation and metrics for management review.

  • To ensure reliability efficiency and safety of quality processes through the effective deployment of instrumentation technology.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quality inspections, data analysis, and documentation.
Education
