Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our engineering projects implementing robust quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and company objectives
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Analyze quality data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues implementing corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation including reports metrics and performance indicators
• Lead and participate in qualityrelated meetings and reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Train and mentor staff on quality control processes best practices and the use of quality assurance tools
• Stay uptodate with industry standards regulations and best practices in quality assurance and control
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all qualityrelated activities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Civil or related field)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within Bridge Construction Projects
• Indepth knowledge of quality management systems and standards particularly ISO 9001
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques and quality assurance software tools
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings specifications and technical documentation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections in engineering or construction projects
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quality management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• UAE work visa or residency may be required
