Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional at Associate to Assistant Manager level to prepare and review complex financial statements. Responsibilities include leading accounting research, supporting IPO readiness initiatives, and providing advisory services on accounting treatments. Strong IFRS and USGAAP knowledge is required. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members.
Qualifications
- Strong IFRS and technical accounting background.
- Experience with complex transactions, financial reporting, and advisory projects.
- Big 4 or mid-tier firm experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex financial statements in compliance with IFRS and USGAAP.
- Lead technical accounting research and analysis for complex transactions.
- Support IPO readiness initiatives including financial audits.
