Job Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the point of contact supporting our highest value customers and institutions on Binance's various products.
  2. Provide dedicated and prompt support to our institutional and VIP customers via different communication channels.
  3. Offer guidance and support to VIP customers on integrating and using Binance's system, including API usage.
  4. Act as the first line support for all account and system-related issues.
  5. Represent VIP customers to internal teams, including account, finance, risk, and product teams.
  6. Collect customer feedback and manage projects to implement product change requirements.
  7. Provide system and product updates to customers to ensure they are aware of major changes timely.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client/trading desk support roles within financial services.
  2. Experience in real-time client-facing support functions, preferably with high-priority clients.
  3. Understanding of trading platforms or exchanges, e.g., knowledge of trading orders.
  4. Experience with API communication with trading platforms.
  5. Outstanding problem-solving skills, including under high pressure.
  6. Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  7. Ability to participate in on-call rotations as required.
  8. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  9. Hands-on experience with API trading is a strong plus.
  10. Understanding of cryptocurrency basics, such as blockchain transactions, is a plus.
  11. Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products, e.g., futures, is a plus.
