We are seeking a motivated and organized UAE National Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Junior Project Manager will assist senior team members in managing various architectural projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and according to the firm's quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
   Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of architectural projects from initiation to completion. This includes maintaining project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring that tasks are completed in line with project timelines.

2. Document Control:
   Organize and maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, change orders, and other important documents. Ensure that all project files are up to date and accessible to the team.

3. Budget & Resource Tracking:
   Assist in tracking project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation. Help in identifying potential budget overruns and report discrepancies to senior project managers.

4. Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
   Identify potential risks or challenges in the project and help senior managers develop strategies to mitigate them. Assist in solving problems as they arise during the course of the project.

5. Quality Control:
   Support the project team in ensuring that the architectural designs and construction work adhere to the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

6. Collaboration:
   Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure effective project execution.

Qualifications :

• A degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management ideally in the architecture or construction industry.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Procore, Asana, MS Project) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.

Additional Information :
