Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations and ensure that the construction of oil and gas facilities aligns with project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee the timely delivery of materials and services essential for project progression.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a zero-incident work environment across the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality compliance and adherence to engineering specifications.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, and local authorities, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and certified to operate machinery and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness in project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential for technical proficiency.
• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas construction projects, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience working with international teams or projects is preferred to ensure cultural competency.
• Strong technical skills in project management software, scheduling tools, and construction methodologies are required.
