Ideal candidates should have 8-12 years of relevant experience, a degree in engineering or construction management, and be fluent in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in project management within hospitality or F&B.
• Proven track record in managing 5-star hotel or high-end F&B construction projects.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for all new restaurant openings and refurbishments.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
