A leading architectural practice in the UAE is seeking a skilled project manager with an architecture background for a senior role. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing large hospitality and residential projects. Education
I am looking to speak with candidates from an Architecture background specialising in managing projects from the Pre-Contract stages. The position is with a growing practice with a strong leadership team in place carrying excellent reputation in the UAE market.
The practice has been established in the UAE for several years and have been working on several eye catching impressive developments across the region within the Mixed-Use Large Residential and Hospitality sectors.
As part of their strategic plans and with a strong pipeline of projects we are looking to assist in recruiting a number of key senior positions to their team ahead of Q4 and into 2026.
There is an opportunity to enhance your reputation with the practice and be part of the senior leadership team in the future.
Primarily for this position I am looking for those who are based in the Middle East due to the nature of responsibilities for the role. If you have worked in international firms and have overseen projects from proposal to IFCs then get in touch as the role could be an excellent fit for you.
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Must be from an Architecture background
- Demonstrable experience in managing Architectural projects, particularly Hospitality and Large Residential
