• Plan, lead, organize and motivate project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail; manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understand business processes; solve complex problems; work independently as well as part of a team.
• Develop detailed project plans; identify resources needed; manage resources; assign tasks; monitor progress; document results; ensure quality standards are met; provide reports on progress; and ensure that all deadlines are met.
