Job summary
A manufacturing company in Dubai seeks a Production Manager to oversee and optimize the production process. You will organize workflows, manage resources, and ensure quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have strong planning and leadership skills, as well as experience in reporting production metrics. A degree in business administration is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on efficiency and productivity.

As a production manager, you'll be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. You'll make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Estimate costs and set the quality standards;
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Identify training needs.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
- Report to upper management
- Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process;
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality;
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
