Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Plan schedule and manage production activities to meet targets and project timelines.
• Monitor and optimize production flow identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure availability of raw materials and resources.
• Manage end-to-end aluminium manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality efficiency and cost control.
• Lead and supervise production teams ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement and installation.
• Prepare production reports, maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
