About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who gets what it takes to deliver integrated high-energy campaigns that cut through the noise and bring a cultural festival to life. You’ll lead the end-to-end marketing for our Festival, a six month contract culminating in a live desert event experience. From influencer strategy to press coordination to on-site brand storytelling this is a true 360 role with impact.
You’ll be hands‑on during the live festival period (including a required 1-month stay in the desert; food, accommodation and amenities included). Think of it as part adventure part career-defining move.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Deliver the festival marketing strategy alongside LINKVIVA’s central marketing team.
- Be the go‑to for all things marketing with the client partners and media.
- Manage social, digital, PR, influencer and content marketing schedules.
- Keep messaging tight and brand tone consistent across all platforms.
- Coordinate onsite media, influencer and content opportunities.
- Monitor third-party agencies deliverables and timelines.
- Lead on‑ground content communications and quality control during the event.
- Handle weekly reports and contribute to post‑festival analysis.
- Join briefings, client calls and approvals throughout the project.
About You
- Experienced in high‑impact marketing campaigns for live events, destinations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic is a must).
- Confident in leading communications and agency coordination.
- Creative, organized and grounded under pressure.
- Available for a 6‑month freelance contract including an on‑site period.
Requirements
- 5 years of marketing experience in live events, festivals, tourism/destination campaigns.
- Strong cross‑platform marketing skills (digital, PR, social, content, on‑ground).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Available to work on‑site during the live event (1‑month stay required).
- Based in UAE or open to relocation for the contract duration.
- Ready to own the marketing voice of one of the UAE’s most unique cultural festivals.
