We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development, optimization, and growth of key products or platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with user-centric thinking, and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful products that drive revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap planning to execution and launch
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales
- Create product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure intuitive and seamless customer experiences
- Prioritize features using data, ROI analysis, and stakeholder input
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate based on user feedback and KPIs
- Lead go-to-market strategies, pricing decisions, and launch plans
- Mentor junior product managers or executives and promote best product practices across teams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 8 - 10years of product management experience, with at least 2 -3 years in a senior or lead role
- Proven track record of delivering successful products or digital solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into product features and business outcomes
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, customer journey design, and product growth strategies
