• Identifying and eliminating impediments to progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative processes.
• Track and report key metrics to stakeholders to measure team performance and progress.

As a Scrum Master, your primary focus will be to facilitate effective Scrum practices within our teams, ensuring that we maintain high levels of collaboration and communication.

Your role will include guiding the development team through the Scrum framework, managing sprints, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
