Head of Product - B2C Digital Product - Fintech

Location: Dubai (Preference is onsite already, but relocation can be provided if necessary)

Salary: 48K AED - 52K AED plus benefits!

Very excited to be supporting a new venture as part of a wider organization to hire a Head of Product, who will be responsible for developing and articulating a bold product vision that positions the company as a leader in the insurtech space.

If successful, you will be looking at leading a high-performing team of product owners, designers, developers, business analysts, and testers to create and evolve an innovative digital platform that redefines the insurance space!

You will need:

1. Proven experience in digital product development and marketing, with a focus on customer-centric innovation.
2. Deep knowledge of digital acquisition, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product strategies effectively.
4. Experience in managing multi-region and multi-channel digital products.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in digital product development.
3. Prior experience in the banking, finance, or insurtech.
