Hiring Chief Technology Product Officer- Dubai Onsite

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Product Officer (CTPO) to lead our technology and product teams, aligning innovation with business goals. The CTPO will drive the product roadmap and technology strategy, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of scalable, customer-centric digital products. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in both tech architecture and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy aligned with the companys mission and growth objectives.

• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on user experience, value delivery, and market fit.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to gather insights and prioritize product features.

Technology Leadership

• Set and execute the long-term technology strategy in line with the organizations vision.

• Lead the engineering, DevOps, architecture, and IT teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Strategic Alignment

• Collaborate with the executive team to shape business strategy using product and technology as a core driver.

• Ensure product and tech efforts directly support revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and KPIs for product and technology departments.

Team Building & Leadership

• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing product and engineering teams.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

• Promote transparency, alignment, and measurable outcomes across departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CTO, CPO, or in a senior product/technology leadership role (12+ years).

• Strong background in software engineering, architecture, and product development.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.

• Track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.

• Deep understanding of user experience, product-market fit, and technology trends.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [industry e.g., fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, etc.].

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern tech stacks.

• Understanding of data-driven product development and AI/ML integration.

• MBA or executive leadership training is a plus.
