Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Finastra Equation core banking and Newgen IBPS platforms. This includes technical support, system configuration, integration, upgrades, and vendor coordination. The role ensures operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives across retail and corporate banking domains.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Ensure availability and stability of core applications.
• Work on incident management and root cause analysis.
• Support change and release management process.
• Establish governance structures and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and engage with the vendor for issue resolutions/CR’s.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation on the applications handled.
• Support resilience planning and risk mitigation.

Job Requirements (Qualifications/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT.
• 8+ years in core banking application support
