Job summary
A talent acquisition firm is seeking a Freelance Sourcing Specialist to work remotely. This full-time position involves identifying and engaging qualified candidates or vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in recruiting, and familiarity with procurement practices. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners or candidates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet talent or procurement needs.

- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions

- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or a related field
