Purpose of the role
To drive the growth of the company's market share and revenue by effectively selling SAAS solutions to both existing and potential clients.
Proactively pursue new client acquisition through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Source, manage, and grow partnerships for RateGain’s AI and Digital solutions with large, medium-small local chains and independent luxury hotels in UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and GCC.
- Proactively reach out to new customers via email, calls, leads, and in-person meetings.
- Facilitate demos of RateGain products as needed for new customers, involving relevant internal teams if required.
- Facilitate cross-department communication as needed.
- Define, refine, and communicate customer strategies both with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to updating Salesforce with leads, new accounts, opportunities, and all sales-related activities.
Knowledge
- Excellent understanding of the hospitality/travel landscape, including current trends, buying behaviors, prospective customers, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com.
- Good understanding of SaaS-based products.
