A leading technology innovator in the maritime and defense sector is looking for a Qualified and Inspired Commercial Manager with SATCOM expertise to support the growth of their Connectivity Department. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated professional seeking leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the department head with day-to-day operations, team leadership, project delivery and product pricing.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction, from billing to legal.
• Engaging with technical teams to solve support issues promptly and efficiently.
• Enhancing revenue through creative after-sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Driving vendor partnerships and representing the company at global industry events.

Ideal candidate / Qualifications

• 4-5 years\' experience in a managerial role within the SATCOM industry.
• Technical knowledge in VSAT, IT networks, and connectivity solutions.
• Background in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or similar.
• Strong communicator, creative problem-solver, and deadline-driven leader.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in project management.
• Strong track record in engaging new and existing clients.
