Job Description & Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for developing comprehensive solutions, including those that span multiple lines of service and are industry-specific or bespoke. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, supporting market activation, and delivering enhanced value for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-line solutioning strategies for Managed Services, aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Lead and take accountability for assigned solutions, collaborating with technical teams and fostering continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration across Lines of Service.
• Design and develop integrated solutions for multiple Lines of Service.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide expert advice to optimize client business processes.
• Offer technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging trends to improve solutioning approaches.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for solutioning queries.
• Ensure compliance with technology contracts and agreements.
