Job summary

A leading e-commerce company is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site fit-out activities for dark store projects across the UAE. This role focuses on ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with authority regulations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Effective site supervision and coordination skills, along with a strong understanding of MEP and fit-out processes, are essential. A valid UAE driving license is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out supervision, preferably in retail or dark store projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, authority standards, and fit-out sequencing.
• UAE driving license is must.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work progress as per schedule.

What you'll do

The Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site fit-out activities for dark store projects across the UAE. The role ensures that works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations, maintaining quality, safety, and timely completion.

• Supervise day-to-day fit-out, MEP, AC, Cold Rooms and finishing works on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work progress as per schedule.
• Verify that all installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works) meet project and authority standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Report project progress, issues, and delays to the Fit-Out Manager.
• Support authority inspection readiness (Civil Defense, Municipality, DEWA, etc.).
• Ensure site housekeeping, safety, and proper material handling at all times.
• Assist in snagging and final handover activities.
