Recruiter vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be tasked with finding, recruiting, and onboarding the right people to fill a variety of roles within our organization.
The ideal candidate for this position must have strong communication skills, an ability to assess job requirements, and a thorough understanding of the local job market. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with various recruitment methods, such as advertising openings on job boards and social media platforms, interviewing potential candidates, and conducting background checks.
The Recruiter will be responsible for evaluating applicants’ qualifications and determining which ones best fit the needs of our organization. They must also ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations when recruiting new hires. Other duties include developing job descriptions, posting positions on job boards or websites, pre-screening applicants for basic qualifications, conducting interviews with potential candidates over video or telephone calls, and preparing offer letters.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1800 AED/month plus additional benefits. We are open to hiring foreign nationals for this role as well; however, they must possess a valid work visa for Abu Dhabi.
