We are looking for a talented recruiter who wants the autonomy of running their own operation while leveraging the infrastructure, brand recognition, and support of an established global recruitment organization.
Essential
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
 - Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
 - Strong client relationship management skills
 - Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
 - Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
 - Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)
 
Desirable
- Existing client base or business pipeline
 - Specialization in high-demand sectors
 - Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
 - Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
 - Established network within your business community
