A Service Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing equipment and machinery. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues within equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential operational issues and ensure longevity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve and optimize service methods.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed service reports documenting all technical interventions and resolutions.
• Install new equipment and provide training to clients on operational aspects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing repair and maintenance tasks.
• Offer technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with industry advancements to implement best service practices.
• Provide feedback to the product development team regarding product performance and enhancements.
• Travel to various client locations to deliver on-site service support when necessary.
• Manage inventory and order parts essential for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and optimization tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments and conditions.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks efficiently.
