Job summary
A leading engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates seeks a dedicated Traffic Coordinator to manage traffic management activities for road and bridge maintenance. This role involves planning traffic diversions, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and communicating effectively with local authorities. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience. The position requires strong coordination skills and knowledge of local traffic regulations.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in traffic coordination or traffic management.
- Experience with RTA road and bridge maintenance projects is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate traffic management activities.
- Liaise with local authorities for approvals and NOCs.
- Monitor on-site traffic management setups for compliance.
