Are you an experienced Storekeeper looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to manage workshop store operations at Lexus Al Ain. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, issue, and storage of materials, consumables, and tools, as well as providing administrative support to the Workshop Manager.

• Procure workshop consumables, tools, equipment, and manuals based on instructions from management.
• Receive and inspect all indented materials to ensure quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely return of all issued materials and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager, including attendance record management and inventory audits.
• Maintain high standards of safety in the storage area.
• Monitor waste stock and organize disposal as necessary.

• Stock Management experience for 2 years
• Excellent MS Office skills, Excel in particular; SAP added advantage
• Very good English communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license

The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Workshop Supervisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.

An ideal candidate will have a Trade related Certificate or Diploma in Automotive and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper in an automotive workshop. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
