A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing a team, performing inspections, and ensuring adherence to hotel standards. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional guest service and contribute to maintaining high standards within the hotel environment. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role is essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage duties and team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Allocate work duties to Team Members effectively.
- Perform inspections of checkout rooms and occupied rooms.
- Manage and train Room Attendants to meet standards.
- Provide excellent Guest service, including for VIPs.
