We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Plan and track shipments from origin to destination
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders
- Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs declarations
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
- Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve any issues that may arise
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software systems
- Fluency in Malayalam or Arabic (for Malayalee or Egyptian candidates)
- Experience working in the UAE logistics industry
