Overview

Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly efficient and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation of goods
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for replenishment
• Handle any issues or delays in the shipping process
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Manage logistics budget and negotiate rates with carriers
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• Indian nationality preferred
• Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role is not required but preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
