We are seeking experienced Valve Testers to perform testing, calibration, refurbishment, and inspection of valves in nuclear facilities. The role ensures all work complies with nuclear safety, quality, and traceability requirements.
- Conduct hydrostatic, pneumatic, seat leak, and functional tests
- Perform disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and adjustments on safety, isolation, and control valves
- Follow strict nuclear traceability, documentation, and cleanliness standards
- Record test results and complete QC documentation
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety procedures, radiological controls, and operational protocols
- 3‑5 years' experience in valve testing
- Mandatory: Experience in nuclear plant valve testing
- Familiarity with OEM specifications and nuclear testing equipment
- Ability to work safely in radiological zones
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Standard: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
- Pre‑outage: 40‑48 hours per week (as required)
- Outage period: Up to 72 hours per week, with overtime applicable after 48 hours
- Food, accommodation, and transport provided
