Execution Lead - Nuclear

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract: Initial 4-month contract

Visa/Sponsorship: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UAE

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Execution Lead to oversee site execution of nuclear maintenance, shutdown, and project activities. The role ensures safe, compliant, and timely delivery while managing multi-discipline teams across mechanical, electrical, I&C, and valve works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-discipline teams (mechanical, electrical, I&C, valves) to execute nuclear site activities
  • Ensure full compliance with nuclear safety, radiological protection, and company procedures
  • Oversee work execution plans, schedules, permits, isolations, and resource allocation
  • Resolve site execution challenges in real-time
  • Maintain communication with client operations and engineering teams
  • Deliver progress reports, KPIs, and project metrics
Candidate Requirements
  • 10+ years' site execution leadership experience
  • Mandatory: Nuclear project or outage leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear safety culture (WANO, INPO)
  • Excellent coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule & Conditions
  • Standard: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
  • Pre-outage: 40-48 hours per week (as required)
  • Outage period: Up to 72 hours per week, with overtime applicable after 48 hours
