Job summary
A leading event production company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Technical & AV Specialist to oversee lighting and sound setups. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in AV roles and be proficient in troubleshooting audio-visual systems. This position requires flexibility to work on event days, ensuring all technical components function smoothly.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in AV and event production roles.
- Familiarity with sound systems, lighting rigs, and video wall setups.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of lighting and sound equipment.
- Manage large-scale screen displays and video wall operations.
- Troubleshoot AV issues during rehearsals and live events.
- Collaborate with the event production team to execute technical requirements.
- Assist with on-site technical logistics.
Skills
We are looking for a Technical & AV Specialist to provide on-site technical support for lighting, sound, and large-scale screen displays. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and troubleshooting audio-visual systems to ensure all event production components function smoothly.
Responsibilities :

Assist with on-site technical logistics and ensure smooth execution of technical setups
- Proven experience in AV and event production roles (at-least 3 years)
- Familiarity with sound systems, lighting rigs, and video wall setups
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work on event days, including evenings and weekends
