To support our growing projects, we are seeking a Exterior Production Engineer to join our international team and contribute to the construction of some of the most innovative catamarans in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and class standards for pleasure craft.
• Engineer complex exterior fittings (glass, insulation, life-saving appliances) in line with norms.
• Manage material sourcing, supplier coordination, BoMs, logistics, and lead times.
• Prepare and review accurate installation drawings for production.
• Supervise and follow up during production to ensure quality and process standardization.
• Provide technical support and after-sales assistance for installed fittings.

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills for supplier management.
