Job summary
A leading fabrication company in Sharjah Emirate is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead their fabrication division. You will supervise and monitor projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and adhere to safety protocols. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment and knowledge of wastewater and chiller industries. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, particularly those involving pump skids.
- Knowledge of the wastewater and chiller industries is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the fabrication team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations within the fabrication division, ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
- Oversee the fabrication of pump skids for the wastewater and chiller industries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on progress and performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
