Zusammenfassung
A prestigious hospitality group is seeking a full-time administrative legal assistant to manage legal documents and ensure compliance with internal policies. This role includes proofreading legal documents, maintaining filing systems, and liaising with hotel teams on administrative legal matters. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. This position is vital to support legal processes across the organization.
Aufgaben
- Proofreading documents for typos, formatting and missing/inaccurate information.
- Maintaining accurate legal filing systems and records.
- Accurately inputting and managing information in legal databases.
- Working with CSC to ensure up-to-date filings for DHH entities.
- Liaising with operators and hotel teams for legal matters.
- Conducting effective inter-department communication.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Maintaining alignment with internal legal policies and procedures.
