Job summary
An offshore law firm in Dubai is seeking a Funds Senior Associate to provide legal advice on various investment funds including hedge and private equity funds. The role revolves around the regulation and operation of Cayman Islands–domiciled funds, working collaboratively with a lead partner in a growth-oriented environment. Ideal candidates should possess direct offshore law experience related to Cayman Islands and be able to advise on venture capital structures. We are currently recruiting for a role that focuses on advising hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers, sponsors, and family offices on the establishment, regulation, corporate governance, and ongoing operation of Cayman Islands–domiciled investment funds.
The position also involves advising on the setup of venture capital structures and other Cayman-based funding vehicles.
It is a good opportunity to work closely with a lead partner in a small team in fast growing and busy Dubai / Middle East market.
Direct offshore law and Cayman Islands funds experience or equivalent / transferable offshore funds / funds formation experience is sought.
