Qualifikationen
- Minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally with experience in project finance, PPP, infrastructure, and construction projects.
- Proven experience as legal counsel in a business environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and/or French is advantageous.
Aufgaben
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documentation, including joint venture and shareholder agreements.
- Manage litigation cases and disputes with external advisors.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company formation.
