Job summary
A leading entertainment and leisure organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Warehouse Storekeeper to manage the accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of materials. The role involves conducting quality checks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/supply chain.
- Knowledge of HACCP and ADFCA compliance standards.
- Familiarity with warehouse machinery operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify goods against purchase orders.
- Conduct quality checks for received items.
- Maintain proper storage standards for various products.
- Issue materials based on requisitions and orders.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.

Miral is looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Warehouse Storekeeper to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This is a key operational role responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control of materials across our diverse portfolio — from F&B and merchandise to technical and zoological assets.
You’ll help maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance across all warehouse functions, while ensuring assets are handled with care and accountability.
- Receive goods and verify delivery against purchase orders (3-way match)
- Perform quality checks: expiry, temperature, weight, and packaging
- Maintain proper storage standards (dry, chiller, freezer) per product category
- Issue materials based on requisitions and work orders, following FEFO practices
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy in Eatec/Maximo
- Operate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, thermometers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and ADFCA food safety standards
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (essential)
- 1+ year of warehouse/supply chain experience (essential)
- Microsoft application knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- ERP systems experience (Eatec, Maximo, Oracle Fusion)
- Handling warehouse machinery (Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck)
- HACCP/ADFCA compliance knowledge
