Job summary
A luxury resort in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Pool Attendant to enhance guests' poolside experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure guest safety and satisfaction while monitoring the pool area and keeping it clean. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing amenities, and responding to requests. Previous experience in hospitality and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of swimming pool safety protocols and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring pool activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness around the pool area.
- Greet guests and ensure they have all necessary amenities for their pool experience
- Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and adherence to resort policies
- Assist and support guests with any inquiries or needs during their stay
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, drinks, or food
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Provide information on pool activities and hotel amenities as needed
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to remain alert and observe guests at all times for safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of swimming pool safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education
