Job summary
A luxury hotel group seeks a Housekeeping team member in the United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness of public areas, managing inventory, and reporting safety hazards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in luxury hotels. Excellent communication skills and a passion for service are essential for this full-time position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper cleaning in guest-facing and back of house areas.
- Manage housekeeping inventory records.
- Report hazards to management.
Skills
Education
- Ensure that all public guest-facing and back of house areas of the hotel are properly cleaned at all times in line with the hotels Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning these areas.
- Waters flower arrangement in lobby and remove as per schedule
- Report any fire or safety hazard to housekeeping management.
- Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
- Ensure records are maintained for housekeeping inventory as applicable.
- Ensure that lost and found articles are processed properly
- Follow and recommend measures to minimize all wastage of materials and amenities are used in the department.
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in same positionfor at least 1 year.
- Luxury hotel experience is a must
- Passion for excellent service
- Excellent team player and great communication skills
