A leading energy company headquartered in Dubai is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support its strategic and operational initiatives across upstream oil and gas projects. This role is integral to the company’s growth, providing critical insights and coordination across commercial, financial, and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational, financial, and market data to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, production metrics, and cost structures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to inform business strategy.
• Support the evaluation of M&A opportunities, partnership development, and commercial negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas sector or in a consulting environment with a focus on energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities.
