Job summary

A leading technology firm in Dubai is looking for a Project Manager to lead planning and execution for grid software projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and fluency in Arabic and English. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and customer communications while establishing PMO standards and ensuring successful project delivery in an international environment. This role does not provide relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in electrical network and SCADA, EMS & DMS.
• Experience with grid-based software delivery and connectivity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PMO principles, governance, and portfolio management.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of grid software projects.
• Manage project schedules, risks, contracts, and budgets.
• Serve as the key customer interface for project updates.
• Establish and manage PMO standards across projects.
• Develop performance dashboards and executive reports.
• Facilitate project review and governance meetings.
• Support resource planning and portfolio tracking.
• Champion compliance with quality and delivery standards.
