Chief Engine Project Engineer
1. Position Overview

Push the boundaries of aerospace propulsion. Lead the full life-cycle design and development of small to medium turbofan, turbojet, turboshaft, and turbo-electric engines. Drive breakthrough innovation and engineering excellence to advance the frontier of aircraft propulsion technology.

2. Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or above from a world-leading aerospace university, majoring in engine design.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle development of small turbojet/turbo-electric engines and medium turbofan/turboshaft engines.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D mechanical design tools, with strong engineering problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive, accountable, and driven to create value in the field of aerospace propulsion.
  • Able to adapt to international management styles and integrate quickly into multicultural teams.

  • Take charge of projects including:
  • Small turbojet engines (100–500 kgf)
  • Small turbo-electric engines (100–500 kW)
  • Medium turbofan engines (800–1500 kgf)
  • Medium turboshaft engines (300–1200 kW)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, testing, project management) to ensure rapid and high-quality development.
  • Utilize advanced design tools (AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, SolidWorks) to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Drive innovation, streamline processes, and build an efficient, internationally collaborative engineering workflow.
