We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Design Team in Abu Dhabi. This role will support the delivery of multidisciplinary design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance. You will work closely with Project Managers and Design Managers to coordinate design activities, manage deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and managing design projects, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and ensure timely delivery of drawings, models, and reports.
  • Support quality assurance processes, risk management, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and meeting documentation for internal and client reviews.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  • 4‑7 years' experience in design coordination within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of design processes, QA/QC, and safety‑in‑design principles.
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks) and project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
