Job Purpose
To define overall marketing strategy and plans for Al Tayer Motors (ATM) Electric Vehicle Brands, ensuring synergy, consistency, and quality in marketing approach to meet company objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare the annual marketing budget for ATM and ensure its effective utilization.
- Define macro-level marketing strategies aligned with ATM's business plan.
- Monitor the implementation of marketing plans and collaborate with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with Events Management for planning and execution of events.
- Enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands.
- Monitor brand performance and ensure consistency with company standards.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Review market research and performance reports for decision-making.
- Maintain relations with principals and stay updated on industry developments.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and training to the marketing team.
- Identify potential successors and develop talent within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior management.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (native speaker).
- Experience in automotive sector, preferably with electric vehicle brands.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of marketing concepts, events, PR, and media.
